The country’s diplomatic efforts have been robust, hosting leaders like Xi Jinping and Joe Biden, and strengthening international relations to support socioeconomic development.
Infrastructure advancements include new highway projects, contributing to a total of 1,892 kilometers of operational highways nationwide. Record-setting agricultural exports and high FDI inflows have propelled economic growth, with nearly 160,000 new enterprises established in 2023. The government has also focused on promoting emerging sectors such as the digital economy, which has significantly contributed to the GDP, and Vietnam’s semiconductor market is expected to grow continuously.
