Chinese chipmaker Victory Giant Technology Co., Ltd. will invest over $800 million in a new Vietnam factory for high-precision circuit boards. The agreement, signed on March 19th, aims to start operations by mid-2025 in Bac Ninh Province’s VSIP Bac Ninh 2 Industrial Park. The project is supported by local officials to establish the province as an electronics industry hub.
