Apple’s manufacturing partners in Vietnam are looking to hire over 103,000 workers, mainly in Bac Giang Province, to meet increased production demands. Foxconn, Apple’s key supplier, alone seeks to employ around 40,600 workers across its subsidiaries. Jobs are open for individuals aged 18 to 40, with a minimum of a high school education, offering a starting salary of VND5 million plus benefits.
Recruitment strategies include reaching out to remote communities and leveraging existing employees’ networks. This hiring surge marks a turnaround from previous layoffs, driven by a booming real estate market and a spike in factory orders.
