Ho Chi Minh City has outlined a digital transformation plan with nine key tasks, as detailed by Deputy Director Vo Minh Thanh. The plan focuses on upgrading IT infrastructure, implementing an administrative information system, and promoting a centralized communication app for public engagement.
It also includes digitizing sector-specific data and training digital technology community teams. The efficient management of Quang Trung Software Park and the development of new IT zones are prioritized to enhance the IT sector and regional connectivity.
